Sara is a registered architect with over ten years of experience designing buildings and interiors for a range of residential and hospitality projects throughout New York City. She has worked on renovations of some the city’s most iconic landmarked buildings, including 49 Chambers Street, the Chrysler Building, Rockefeller Center, and 200 Park Avenue. In 2016, Sara launched Sara LaPorte Architect and has completed residential and hospitality projects throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. She has also been a key member of the Woods Bagot team building a 92,000-sf ground-up high-end residential building in Williamsburg.

Sara was born in Rhode Island and now lives in New York City. She earned her Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architecture degrees from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
